Are you a compassionate and skilled CNA looking for a rewarding career in home care? Radiant Health Services is hiring friendly caregivers to join our team and provide 1-on-1 care to a female client located in Clinton, MD.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm (Evenings, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Assist client with meal preparation and feeding
• Assist with dressing, bathing, and light house keeping
• Providing in-home care to clients as per their care plan
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administering medication and monitoring vital signs
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in client's condition
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Maryland (Preferred)
• Active CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Home care or nursing home experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
