About the Role:
We are seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join our team at Radiant Health Services in Greenbelt, MD. As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling care services for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate home care services for clients based on their needs and preferences
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate client and caregiver schedules
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
- Provide administrative support to the home care team
- Serve on-call to handle urgent client and caregiver issues outside of regular business hours.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in scheduling or coordinating services, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite
