Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives? Radiant Health Services is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team of compassionate caregivers and provide care for our client in Clinton, MD.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm and every other Saturday 8am - 7pm (25 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm and every other Saturday 8am - 7pm (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and assistance to clients as per their care plan
• Assisting with tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Preparing meals and feeding clients as needed
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Performing light housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

• No certification required, but experience in personal care assistance is preferred
• Active CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
