Radiant Health Services is seeking a Caregiver Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of our in-home caregiving team to ensure high-quality client care. The ideal candidate will be an organized and friendly individual with supervisory experience in caregiving. We value candidates who can effectively communicate and understand the importance of customer service. You'll be working collaboratively with our staffing coordinator and RN Supervisor to address and solve issues, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory meetings with clients and caregivers to ensure compatibility and establish rapport.
• Assist with new client intakes
• Provide training and support to caregivers
• Conduct performance evaluations for caregivers and follow-up evaluations
• Conduct monthly on-site caregiver visits to ensure the consistent delivery of quality home care service.
• Communicate regularly with clients and their families to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and adjust care plans.
• Traveling to client locations occasionally to deliver and collect essential documents.
• Prepare detailed reports on each visit and recommend actions for improvement.
• Be on call and available for occasional fill-in duties during peak times or to cover unexpected absences, providing direct caregiving support.
• Must be available for fill-in caregiving duties when on-call
• Serve on a rotating on-call basis (including nights and weekends)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a caregiving supervisory role, preferably within a home health or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with caregivers, clients, and their families.
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
• Active CPR Certification
• Maryland CNA/GNA Certification
